Colonna's Shipyard is currently hiring for our Internship/Management in Training Program.
The objective of the Management in Training program is to allow selected new employees a broad understanding of Colonna’s Shipyard and its primary business of ship repair and Steel America’s heavy industrial fabrication during the first twelve months of employment. In order to accomplish this, each selected trainee will get the opportunity to spend time with the various divisions, departments and shops working on actual projects to gain an understanding of how our company operates. The ultimate goal is for these employees to be our future leaders and Managers.
The Internship Program is very similar to the Management in Training Program, however is a 10-12 week summer program.
